Job Summary

The Marketing & Digital Media Officer supports the organization’s marketing, business development, communications, branding, and digital media objectives by developing campaigns, managing online platforms, creating content, supporting lead generation, and contributing to brand visibility and organizational growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Professional certification in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or business development is an advantage.

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or business development, including social media and content creation.

Experience with website management, email marketing, and digital analytics is desirable.

Skills & Technical Competencies

Strong digital marketing, social media management, SEO, and email marketing skills.

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools; basic photo/video production and editing.

Working knowledge of Google Analytics and CRM/marketing automation tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and storytelling ability.

Strong marketing and commercial awareness, with a customer- and results-oriented mindset.

Strong interpersonal, networking, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, working independently and collaboratively.
