Drive the bank’s long‑term vision by translating ZamZam’s mission of ethical, Sharia‑compliant and sustainable banking into clear strategic roadmaps, KPIs and initiatives. Lead enterprise‑wide planning cycles, ensuring every objective, budget and project supports value‑based growth and social impact in line with Islamic finance principles. Continuously monitor execution, synthesize performance insights, and recommend course‑corrections to keep the bank ahead of market and regulatory expectations. Act as the central catalyst bridging leadership, business units and risk governance to embed a culture of disciplined strategy execution and continuous improvement.Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Planning Processes – Coordinate the development, review, and refinement of the bank’s corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with ZamZam Bank’s mission and Islamic finance values.
• Translate Strategic Goals into Actionable Plans – Cascade strategic objectives into departmental plans, KPIs, and performance targets
• Monitor Strategy Implementation – Track and evaluate progress against strategic initiatives, and provide evidence-based recommendations for corrective actions.
• Facilitate Bank-wide Performance Reviews – Organize and lead periodic strategy and performance review sessions with executive leadership and departments.
• Conduct Strategic Research and Benchmarking – Analyse industry trends, peer performance, regulatory shifts, and macroeconomic factors to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop Strategic Reporting Tools – Design dashboards, BSC scorecards, and reports that provide real-time insight into the bank’s strategic performance.
• Support Budget and Resource Alignment – Work with finance and business units to ensure budgetary allocations and resource utilization are in line with strategic priorities.
