Manager – Digital Media Management Division

Qualification: BA Degree in Marketing Management, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or media management, preferably in the banking sector or financial institutions, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Additional Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in a related field is an added advantage.

Training in Digital Media Management is an added advantage.

Job Summary: The jobholder is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring digital media strategies that promote the Bank’s brand, products, and services. The position maintains the Bank’s online presence and sales by managing marketing messages across various channels, including social media networks, Google Ads, website content, and email marketing. The jobholder also builds the Bank’s corporate image and reputation by delivering strong and cohesive marketing messages to the public.
