Luxury Residential Maintenance Electrician

What We Look For (Requirements)

BSc in Electrical engineering/ Diploma in Electrical engineering and or similar fields with 5

Experience:  Minimum 3+years for BSc and 5+ years for Diploma of commercial or luxury high-rise residential electrical maintenance experience.

Technical Skills:  Advanced proficiency reading electrical blueprints, schematics, and single-line diagrams.

Physical Demands:  Ability to climb ladders, work in confined electrical closets, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 20kg.

Discretion:  Absolute professionalism and adherence to strict privacy policies when entering high-profile resident apartments for in-unit repairs.

Schedule

Full time and based on shifts (Day/Night shift).

Must be willing to join an On-Call duties during building emergencies.
