The company continues to play a key role in shaping Ethiopia's built environment through its precise and creative approach.Job PurposeTo manage and monitor logistics contracts, ensuring proper documentation, compliance, supplier performance, and timely contract implementation.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, maintain, and monitor logistics contracts.
- Maintain an updated contract register and contract files.
- Monitor contract expiry, renewal, amendments, and close-out.
- Ensure compliance with approved company procedures and contractual terms.
- Follow up supplier and service-provider performance.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Project teams on contract matters.
- Verify supporting documents for logistics payments and services.
- Identify and report contractual risks, delays, and compliance issues.
- Prepare weekly and monthly contract administration reports.
- Supervise and support contract administration staff.
