About the Position

KADISCO General Hospital is seeking motivated, responsible, and fast-learning Junior Accountants to join its Finance Department.

The organization is looking for candidates with a willingness to learn, good numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a professional healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Junior Accountant will assist with:

• Recording and posting daily financial transactions.
• Preparing and organizing invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Cash and bank reconciliation.
• Maintaining accurate accounting records and files.
• Preparing periodic financial reports.
• Data entry and financial documentation.
• Tax and other statutory accounting activities as assigned.
• Using accounting software and Microsoft Excel for financial data processing.
• Maintaining the confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
• Performing other accounting duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.
