Junior Sales Officer

The Junior Sales Officer supports the sales team and supervisors in driving customer acquisition, product promotion, and day-to-day sales operations. The role involves identifying potential individual and corporate clients, conducting product demonstrations and test drives, maintaining accurate customer records, and supporting post-sales service to ensure sales targets are met.

• Assist supervisors and the sales team with daily sales activities, customer visits, meetings, and reports.
• Identify potential individual and corporate customers and build strong professional relationships.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable Electric Vehicle (EV) products and solutions.
• Conduct and assist with product presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to support post-sales satisfaction and service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales documents, and follow-up schedules.
• Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, competitor activities, and product developments.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and customer information.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Work Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).

• Outgoing, confident, approachable, and energetic personality with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Amharic.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Word, MS Excel, email, and general office tools.
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork, discipline, willingness to learn, and receptiveness to constructive feedback.
• Preferred Advantage: Prior knowledge of EV products or automotive sales.
