Junior Researcher

Qualifications and Requirements

Master’s degree in Peace and Security Studies or a related field is required;

BA or MA students currently working on their MA thesis, as well as recent graduates, are eligible to apply;

Strong interest in research and policy analysis in peace and security;

Good understanding of African peace and security dynamics is an advantage;

Strong writing and analytical skills;

Ability to work with quantitative and qualitative research methods is desirable;

Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis tools;

Strong communication and teamwork skills;

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
