Junior IT Support Officer

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

No prior work experience required.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and connectivity problems.

Set up and manage user accounts and access permissions.

Monitor and maintain office network infrastructure and internet connectivity.

Maintain IT asset inventory and equipment records.

Ensure data security, system updates, and antivirus protection.

Document support activities and prepare IT reports as required.

Working Hours

4:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Night Shift)
