Junior Customer Service Officer

Job Summary

Hibret Bank is inviting qualified fresh graduates to apply for the position of Junior Customer Service Officer for its branches in Addis Ababa. The successful candidates will support customer service and branch banking operations while providing professional and efficient services to customers.

Qualifications and Requirements

• BA Degree in Accounting, Management, or Economics.
• No prior work experience is required.
• Banking experience is an advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to sit for a competency test.
• Graduates of 2026 G.C. / 2018 E.C. and recent graduates are eligible.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.25.
• Exit Exam: Pass.
• Must be below 26 years of age.
• Applicants must be able to provide a copy of their 8th-grade certificate and Kebele ID when requested.

Work Location

• Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – Hibret Bank Branches.
