InfraTech Africa PLC is seeking a highly skilled IT Procurement and Tender Specialist to manage our bidding processes and technology procurement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the ICT sector, with proven experience in tracking, preparing, and winning IT infrastructure tenders.
- Actively monitor the Ethiopian electronic government procurement (e-GP) portal and other tender sources for relevant ICT infrastructure and networking opportunities.
- Prepare, review, and submit highly competitive and technically compliant bid documents.
- Coordinate with global enterprise IT hardware vendors to secure special pricing, manage partner registrations, and fulfill vendor documentation requirements.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of network infrastructure materials.
- Conduct continuous market research to stay updated on the latest IT hardware trends, software pricing, and technology supply chain shifts.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of qualified suppliers, routinely evaluating their delivery performance against strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle for approved vendors, ensuring all procurement agreements comply with internal company guidelines and risk management policies.
