Bachelor’s Degree in computer Science, Computer Engineering and related field

Professional Experience

Minimum of 3  year  of progressive experience in the field

Core Professional Skills

Technical Skills:  Solid understanding of Windows Server, networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and database fundamentals. Experience with AV systems, video conferencing technology, and display systems. Strong troubleshooting skills for both hard Situation and soft Situation.

Customer Service:  Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to support executive-level users patiently and effectively.

Problem-Solving:  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
