- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, printers, and other ICT hardware.
- Manage the company’s local area network (LAN), internet connectivity, and internal communication systems.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on ICT systems, software, and security best practices.
- Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of factory software systems including inventory, ERP, finance, and production monitoring tools.
- Implement and maintain data backup, recovery, and security protocols to protect company data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, hardware, and software issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain an inventory of ICT equipment and software licenses.
- Assist in the selection and integration of new systems and technology upgrades.
- Ensure cyber security measures are in place and regularly updated to protect against threats.
- Support office automation, email systems, CCTV, biometric systems, and other IT-based operations.
- Any additional assignment assigned by your manager or supervisor.
