What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

Task Breakdown:

• Align the HR strategy with overall company  goals
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle including strategic recruitment, applicant tracking system (ATS) management, onboarding, and comprehensive staff retention
• Ensure strict adherence to domestic labor laws and statutory compliance standards
• Identify systemic training gaps and establish professional capability programs to continuously up-skill human capital across all departments.
• Supervise payroll architecture, employee benefits, and annual salary optimization scales to keep the company highly competitive in the market.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Years of Experience: 5 yrs and above.

Relevant Experience: Proven experience working with Core HRIS Databases, automated restructuring portals, payroll systems, and digital Analytics engines.

Skills:

Technical Skills: Comprehensive understanding of local labor law structures

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skill
• Leadership skill

Education & Certifications

Educational Requirements: BA degree in Human resource management
