- Manage Human Resources and Administration functions.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Plan and coordinate recruitment and selection.
- Maintain employee personnel records.
- Coordinate orientation, training, performance appraisal, promotion, and disciplinary procedures.
- Monitor attendance, leave, employee benefits, and personnel matters.
- Handle employee relations and workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Develop manpower plans and organizational structures.
- Supervise administrative and general service activities.
- Prepare HR and administration reports.
