- Manage onboarding and induction for new employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (physical and digital)
- Administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance tracking
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals
- Address employee queries and escalate issues where needed
- Assist in organizing training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management
- Assist with payroll coordination where required
