Hotel Manager

Our Company is looking for a qualified and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of a hotel in Addis Ababa.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day hotel operations.
• Lead and coordinate hotel staff and departments.
• Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
• Manage room reservations, front office, housekeeping, and other hotel operations.
• Monitor hotel performance, expenses, and operational efficiency.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and regulations.
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or a related field.
• 2 years and above experience in hospitality business or a similar managerial position.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of hotel operations and customer service.
• Ability to manage staff and work effectively under pressure.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Amharic is an advantage.
