- Ensure effective use of organizational resources and achievement of business objectives.
- Develop business opportunities and maintain key customer/supplier relationships.
- Monitor organizational performance, risks, costs, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Lead and develop employees and promote effective teamwork.
- Report organizational performance and major issues to the Board/Owners.
