BA/ Diploma/ Degree in Front Office or Hotel Management or any related filed.

Having two and more than years’ work experience in an international Hotel (4*5*) by supervision or team leader

Excellent knowledge front office operation, the ability to supervise and ensure efficient and smooth operation to produce excellent guest satisfaction.

Experience of motivating and leading a winning team

Positive attitude and excellent communication skill English and Amharic or any other language

Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of opera system
