Food And Beverage Supervisor

Job Summary

Ziad Mohammed Import & Export Company is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee F&B operations, ensure compliance with hospitality and hygiene standards, manage staff, and deliver exceptional guest service on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage service operations to ensure adherence to high hospitality and brand standards.
• Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices across all F&B service and preparation areas.
• Coordinate service teams, assign duties, and manage staff schedules to maintain optimal coverage and efficiency.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels, oversee supply coordination, and assist with operational reporting.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Food and Beverage, Culinary Arts, Supply Chain, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant professional, operational, or supervisory experience in hospitality or food and beverage management.
