Field Sales Representative (Construction Equipment & Building Elevators)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to promote and sell construction equipment and finishing materials, with a strong focus on building elevators. This role requires active customer engagement in the field, building strong relationships with contractors and project owners, and achieving sales targets through effective selling and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit clients and construction sites to identify sales opportunities.
• Present and sell construction equipment, finishing materials, and especially elevators.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, real states architects, and procurement teams.
• Prepare quotations, follow up leads, and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the company team for product details, availability, and after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, quotations, and sales activities.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience (experience in construction/equipment sales is a plus).
• Any field of study is acceptable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle field-based responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience selling construction materials, building products, or B2B services.
• Knowledge of construction projects and procurement processes.
• Good persuasion skills and target-driven mindset.
