Facility Management and Maintenance Specialist

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Facility Management, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.

Prior Work Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facility management, maintenance management, or building operations.

Experience in healthcare facilities is an advantage.

Job Knowledge

Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, utilities, and asset management.

Ability to plan preventive maintenance and troubleshoot building systems.

Experience supervising contractors and coordinating maintenance activities.

Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
