Location: Arada, Addis Ababa

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should have one of the following qualifications:

• College Diploma, 10+3, Level III, or Level IV in:
  • Customer Contact & Secretarial Operations
  • Customer Contact & Secretarial Operations Coordination
  • Secretarial Science
  • Office Management

Applicants must also have:

• At least 2 years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant, Archives Clerk, Customer Profile Management Clerk, or Secretary.
• COC certification is preferable.

Required Competencies

• Excellent written, reading, and spoken English skills.
• Excellent written, reading, and spoken Amharic skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
