ERP And IT Infrastructure Support

Education

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in ERP support, IT infrastructure, or a similar technical role.
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining ERP systems and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience managing Windows Server and/or Linux server environments.
• Experience with network administration, system troubleshooting, and user support.
• Knowledge of database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL is an advantage.
• Experience in hardware, software, and network maintenance is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for ERP systems and resolve user issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and network infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and security of IT infrastructure.
• Perform system backups, updates, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with departments to optimize ERP processes and improve system efficiency.
• Document technical procedures, configurations, and support activities.
• Provide end-user training and technical assistance when required.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, servers, virtualization, and system security.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
