Director, Strategy, Marketing & Business Development Department

Education : BA/MA Degree in Marketing Management, Strategic Management, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Accounting & Finance, International Business, or other related field of studies from a recognized higher learning institution

Work experience:  Minimum of 10/8 years of relevant work experience, for BA & Master degree holders respectively; out of which at least 5 years for BA holders and 3 years for Masters holders as a division manager in planning, business development, marketing, strategy & Marketing management or related positions.

Insurance profession Diploma and CII is preferable.
