Customer Service Officer

Job Summary

Responsible for providing front office customer service support at the branch, handling account maintenance, payment and collection transactions, managing cash and non-cash operations, and responding to customer inquiries and requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver front office customer service support at the branch.

• Process payment and collection transactions.
• Manage both cash and non-cash transactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and resolve issues effectively.

Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Education: Bachelor Degree in a business-related field (Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent fields) with a CGPA of 2.5 and above. Fresh graduate of 2025 G.C. & 2026 G.C. only. Mandatory documents include degree certificate with exit exam result, Grade 8, 10, and 12 certificates, CV, and application letter (birth certificate required if age is not on the Grade 8 certificate).
• Experience: Zero (0) years of experience (not more than 25 years of age; permanent assignment follows six months of intensive training).

Required Skills & Competencies

• Understanding of basic general financial products, banking accounting procedures, and core banking systems, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
