Creative Assistant

Job Summary

The Creative Assistant provides hands-on operational and logistical support to the director and production crew during filming and photoshoots. Operating from the Bole office in Addis Ababa, the role assists with equipment handling, daily production workflows, and on-set coordination to bring fresh creative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Assistance: Assist actively during filming sessions, photoshoots, and daily production tasks.
• Logistics & Equipment Management: Help organize, pack, and manage production equipment and creative materials.
• Team Support: Provide reliable day-to-day support to the director and the broader creative team to ensure smooth project execution.

Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Education: General open call welcoming responsible, organized individuals willing to learn (prior media or production experience represents an added advantage).
