Position: Corporate Legal Advisor and Attorney 

Reports To: Vice Chief Executive Officers/Chief Legal Officer 

Location: Addis Ababa, with domestic travel as needed (especially for pending court litigation and regional transactions) 

Employment Type: full Time 

Salary: negotiable based on qualifications and experience  

Role Summary 

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our legal team and provide strategic, commercially focused legal support across the Group’s companies and business units. The role will advise on a broad range of corporate, commercial, employment, tax, regulatory, compliance, and dispute resolution matters, ensuring that the Group’s business activities are conducted in accordance with applicable Ethiopian laws and regulations.
