Civil Engineer

Job Summary

Essential Function

Performs valuation of buildings for collateral, project finance and foreclosure ;

Prepares specifications, bill of quantity for buildings;

Carries out site visits to assigned building projects;

Participates in the appraisal and follow up of projects;

Assists in the supervision and contract administration activities of projects launched by the Bank;

Compiles data and prepares project appraisal or follow up reports;

Assists in renovation and office layout works;

Maker checker responsibility, if necessary.

Performs other engineering related duties as required

Job  Requirement

Education : BSc in Degree in civil engineering, construction technology, Any other related fields

Experience : 3.5 years of experience in relevant filed preferably in banking industry (Banking Experience Mandatory)

Salary:  as per the Bank’s scale

Place of Work :  Hawassa, Mekelle, Bahir Dar
