Attorney

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Law or other closely related fields.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferably in the banking sector, of which at least 1 year must be in junior attorney position.

Job Summary:

Under the supervision of Manager, Litigation and Foreclosure Division, participates in the development or revision of standard contractual forms and other documents that have legal ramification on the Bank; handles and processes foreclosure cases; prepares statements of claim and defense and other pleadings; renders legal opinions; attends to court cases and systematically maintains legal files and documents.
