Aluminum Manager

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all aluminum production and fabrication operations.
• Ensure production targets, deadlines, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Supervise aluminum cutting, fabrication, assembly, installation, and finishing processes.
• Review technical drawings, measurements, specifications, and production requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, engineering, project, and installation teams.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and according to approved specifications…
• Ensure all employees follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Prepare production reports, material requirements, work schedules, and performance reports.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Years of Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in aluminum fabrication, production, construction, or a similar industry

Relevant Experience: Proven experience managing aluminum production and fabrication teams.

Skills:

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of aluminum profiles, windows, doors, curtain walls, shopfronts, and related systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

knowledge 

• knowledge of relevant design/ERP software is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and material management.

Education & Certifications

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, or a related field is preferred.
